The business has grown over the years, and with it our geographic boundaries have stretched outside of Northern Ireland with strong market presence in Southern Ireland and distribution of manufactured products into the UK market, Europe and as far afield as the Middle East and India.

We manufacture a range of products including fruit pie fillings, fruit toppings, cheesecake toppings, fruit sauces, all available in various flavours, along with our mincemeat range. We also produce lemon pie fillings, coconut macaroon, custards and a comprehensive range of jelly crystals.
In addition we manufacture chocolate vermicelli and sugar strands, supplying them in variety of colours to suit customers’ individual requirements. Our jams and spreads ranges from standard bucket jams for the Artisan bakery trade to manufacturing bulk jams and bespoke products for industrial users.
